I spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location was great, just two minutes away from a bus stop that took me straight to the city center. The room was large and had a comfortable bed, and I particularly liked the spacious bathroom with good towels. The breakfast was beyond my expectations; it was very delicious and had a lot of varieties.
Although my stay was enjoyable, I found it a bit disappointing that there was no hairdryer in the room. the hotel's surroundings were not really attractive, and there were no good views from any of the windows.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking enough English to get by. The hotel facilities were well-suited for individuals with disabilities and the bathroom was spacious and well-adapted for wheelchair accessibility. The breakfast options were varied and plentiful, and the dinner at the on-site restaurant was excellent and reasonable.
No negatives from this place.

The hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is spacious with comfortable beds and nice decor. the bathroom is clean with a great shower, and breakfast is varied and plentiful. the restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices. the hotel is also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get around the area.
The surrounding neighborhood may not be the most attractive or relaxing for a longer stay.

The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. the bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. the staff was nice and helpful with directions. the bus stop was conveniently located near the hotel and the bus fare was cheap.
The location was not ideal, as it was far from the city center and the neighborhood was not very attractive. there seemed to be a lot of smoking allowed in the hotel, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the restaurant and bar areas.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the staff, especially the lady at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service. Secondly, the room I stayed in was quiet and clean, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Lastly, the breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the excellent shower and the fact that Wi-Fi was easily accessible.
No complaints, everything was fine.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was superb. The room, just like Room No. 25 mentioned in one review, was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. As mentioned in another review, the lady at reception was friendly and accommodating, doing her best to communicate in English. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were great. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the fridge was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast, as mentioned in another review, was good with a decent selection. The hotel definitely offers great value for money.
The only thing that could be improved was the location. While it's not a deal-breaker, as mentioned in one review, the surroundings were not the most enticing.
